Customers are requested to pack products properly while sending it to us for any purpose. Any damage to products while sending it to us is customers responsibility and the cost will be handled by customers.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. A cost of rs 100 will be credited to your account for shipping a defected product back to us.

If you are shipping an item over RS1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
